How do I contact your company?

We're here to help and provide customer support via email.

Simply send in an email to trendythings76@gmail.com  and our team will respond to you as soon as possible.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our 3 fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-4 business weeks. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below 

How long does delivery take?

Accesories & Products: Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible, some items may be shipped in separate packages.

Clothing: Please allow 7-14 business days.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our warehouses are located in China.

We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the dropdown menu on the product page then click the “Buy It Now!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on it's way!

Do you deliver products internationally?

Yes, successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Since we have 3 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… They will get to you! :-)

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use 

How secure is my personal information?

We adhere to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

IF THERE'S A PROBLEM, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs. All you will have to do is to ship us back the product on your own expenses. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.
